This coconut oils is not cold pressed but is is extracted by evaporizing water from coconut fruit to get the oil after filtration. It was Found that the Specs of this coconut oil was very closed to pressed oil.

زيت جوز الهند هذا لا يُستخرج بطريقة العصر على البارد، بل يتم الحصول عليه عن طريق تبخير الماء من ثمرة جوز الهند ثم ترشيح الزيت؛ وقد وُجد أن خصائص هذا الزيت تتقارب للغاية مع خصائص الزيت المستخرج بالعصر.
